International Legal Obligations in the Nuclear Energy Arena: A Strategy Paper on Iranian Compliance.

The article examines the legal structure for managing nuclear related activities. It suggests that nuclear power states should conform to the existing international legal framework which governs the safe and peaceful use of nuclear energy. It also explores the tasks of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in encouraging and facilitating the development and dissemination of nuclear power.
