Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 74-year-old woman who presented with chest pain while exercising. Transthoracic echocardiography showed a cardiac mass in the right ventricular outflow tract. The patient underwent surgical excision and upon examination the mass was found to be a cardiac myxoma.
