Abstract

In that study curriculum of primary education Picture - Work Lesson which is tried and started in order to develop at 1992-93 education year and curriculum of new Visual Arts Lesson which is renamed version of former lesson and applied in a gradual manner are comparatively assessed in terms of relevance of education guide and program to education philosophy by means of comparison of content and measurement evaluation continuums. In research, old program which is prepared at 1992 and applied until 2006 and Visual Arts Lesson's new program which is prepared according to a new education model, named as "constructivism approach" in developed and developing countries, prepared according to a student based education program are compared. On result of the research both education program are compared on viewpoints of 1.Relevance to education philosophy 2. Contents of programs in terms of learning areas, earnings (aims) and subject area 3. Measurement evaluation continuums and reached comments and results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
