Cultural and Scientific Dimension of the Turkish-Sudanese Relations.

In this paper, the relations between Turkey as a regional and international power and Sudan as a strategic country of the Africa have been reviewed with the cultural and scientific/academic dimension. Development of the Turkish-Sudanese relations within the Ottoman period and the Republic of Turkey period have been analyzed and suggestions were rendered to accelerate these relations.
