A different approach to diversity outreach.

The article focuses on the creation of a diversity outreach librarian through collaboration of the University of Minnesota (UM) Libraries and Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence (MCAE). It states that the UM Libraries seek to increase their multicultural outreach efforts parallel to the realignment of the Office for Equity and Diversity (OED) in response to their mission.
