Straftaten im Internet, Computerkriminalität und die Cybercrime Convention.

The article first offers definitions of the concepts of computer criminality and Internet crime, after which the author sizes up these crime profiles against European regulations on the subject contained in the Cybercrime Convention. The author also considers whether the cyberspace "scene" of the crime requires particular forms of intervention and the degree to which cyber-criminals are distinct from the standard criminal population. Finally the author considers the issues cyber-crime prevention and self-regulation in cyberspace.
