Abstract: The article features several people within the U.S. construction industry who are said to have made significant contributions to the sector. It notes that Textura chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) Patrick Allin was able to establish the company into the bill-pay Web site of the sector. It mentions that Kenneth E. Atkins was able to get seven road construction projects rolling following his appointment as public works administrator at Osceola County Public Works Department in Florida.
