Abstract
- The article reports on the test-case bought by a 20-year-old man against a general practitioner (GP) who is practicing ritual circumcisions in London, England. It is stated that circumcision without medical requirement is mutilation and its lack of consent is battery. According to the National Organization of Restoring Men (NORM) spokesman David Smith, Great Britain National Health Service (NHS) mutilates children by circumcision. It also mentions that the test-case will be launched in 2010.
