Abstract
- In this article, the authors reflect on the threats posed by the dishonesty of a small minority of scientists, to the integrity of science. They opine that that faulty measurement of biochemical compounds is sufficiently common and it also serves to undermine the integrity and efficiency of science. Series of erroneous reports in the neuroscience literature that the authors are personally familiar with, due to areas of their research, are discussed.
