Abstract: Compares the results of a controlled clinical trial for the treatment of Kawasaki disease using acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) alone and aspirin with IV gamma-globulin. Dosages of the drugs used; Decrease in the prevalence of coronary artery dilations and aneurysms; Schedule for echocardiographic evaluation of coronary arteries.
