Outstanding Conference Paper Award 2009 IEEE Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference.

The article reports on the 2009 Outstanding Conference Paper Award that was given to IEEE Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference (NSREC) in Canada. The conference paper on radiation effects comprises upset cross-section obtained from accelerated testing with the use of both protons and ions. The paper also focuses on the understanding a diverse range of single event effects. In addition, test shows that upset cross-sections-per-bit was similar for both ions and proton.
