Abstract

In this article the author reflects on the causes of childhood obesity and risks associated with it. It is stated that obesity is the leading cause of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) and committing most of the current generations to chronic ill health and disability. Studies have found that childhood obesity depends on the body weight of parents.
