Abstract

GREEN groups were full of praise on Thursday for the Environmental Protection Agency after it proposed the strictest standards to date for smog. Ground-level ozone reductions, the carmakers said, were more likely to come from stationary sources like power plants. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
