Prcedimiento para el Plan Estratégico en entidades turísticas de Villa Clara.

This article approaches a procedure that includes the characterization of the studied object, the design of the mission, a strategic diagnosis based on the DAFO situational analysis, the DCG matrix, and the expert judgment among other techniques, as well as the projection of settings using the prospective technique. The central point was the declaration of a consequent and challenging vision which expresses the qualities that the entity tries to obtain based on shared values, planning of the general strategy, and the corresponding ones according to the objectives. Lastly, a control system of the strategic plan is included to guarantee the information flow and feedback. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
