Application integration is not a new concept; it was needed from the moment when within companies there were more than 2 systems and a network connection. The issue of integrating the IT systems at company level is a major one, a continually present, as the field specialists undertake considerable efforts to develop approach strategies and technologies for data and services integration within the internal systems of the companies. This paperwork presents only a part of some new technologies and integrating architectures for the IT systems that allow the transmission of data between heterogeneous databases, being part of technical researches made for Development and implementation of the integrated Management System (DI - IMS) project.
