Abstract

Presents the biochemical, neuropathologic and genetic evidence for a role of the Gln-Ala repeat transcriptional activator CA150 in Huntington's disease pathogenesis. Interaction of Caenorhabditis elegans ZK1127.9 with htt in two-hybrid tests; In vitro interaction of CA150 with full-length htt from lymphoblastoid cells.
