Abstract
- The article discusses a study on the crystal and molecular structures of the organic compound 2-ethoxybenzamide or C9H11NO2. The ribbon-like packing motifs were instigated by additional hydrogen bonds between adjacent dimers. A T-shaped herringbone pattern characterized the ribbons. The simulated annealing global optimization algorithm was used to solve the crystal structure.
