Abstract
- Abstract. We simultaneously determined complex electro-optic coefficients and the thickness change of the poled polymer in the electric-field modulation measurements using a Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The different ratios of the real and imaginary parts of the complex electro-optic coefficients are explained in terms of the detuning energy. The thickness change increased at the resonance frequency of the sample with sandwich structure and the resonance frequency strongly depended on the weight of the glass substrate.
