Abstract

The article focuses on the clinical features, diagnosis and management of sebaceous adenocarcinoma of the eyelid. It notes that the condition has a tendency to manifest diffuse, invasive growth in the eyelid and conjunctiva, and can metastasize to regional lymph nodes and distant organs. Different ways to manage such a condition consisted of local map biopsies, local resection and advanced methods of reconstruction, combined with cryotherapy and topical chemotherapy.
