Abstract
- In this paper, I explore some of the ways in which mock jurors react to the evidence in a capital penalty phase trial and how emotional responses are narratively expressed and persuasively used in the deliberation context. Within this exploration, I discuss the impact of the racial dynamics of the case on this process. ..PAT.-Unpublished Manuscript [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
