The Politics of Telecommunications Regulatory Regimes: A Comparative Study of China and Vietnam.

Through a comparison of Vietnam with China, this study investigates how domestic political-economic institutions and ideas of policy-makers produce diverse patterns in regulatory regimes even under global waves of reform (e.g. since membership of WTO).
