MÉTODOS PARA DETERMINAR LA CALIDAD DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE URBANO EN AUTOBÚS.

This paper shows a description about UPV and TCQSM methods, developed to determinate quality and service level in urban collective public transit by bus, in order to provide a framework which permits to make a comparison of these two (2) methods to obtain the compatibility degree among formulated scales of service level.
