Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old man with a long year history of chronic psoriatic arthritis involving multiple joints who developed hyperpigmentation of the face after treatment with adalimumab. Mild psoriasis limited to a single lesion was observed in the patient's ear before treatment. The authors note that hyperpigmentation remained unchanged after discontinuation of adalimumab and methotrexate (MTX).
