Abstract
- The article discusses the significance of developing trademark defenses which will help address infringement cases in the U.S. The author explores the limitations of the Lanham Act to manage trademark claims and examines the problems facing trademark under common law. He also discusses the reforms that need to be considered by the government which will help enhance trademark law in the country.
