Abstract

The article focuses on the issue regarding the noise complaint at the Department for Energy and Climate Change in Great Britain. It notes that the department has conducted an energy-saving trial by switching off air conditioning and use open windows for air. However, several employees have complained about the noise came from the construction works outside the department. The employees also complained about the high temperatures as well as security concerns and reduced air flows.
