Abstract: The article focuses on baseball players Aaron Hills of the Toronto Blue Jays team and Chris Carpenter of the St. Louis Cardinals team who are selected as the Comeback Player of the Year in the American League (A.L.) and National League (N.L.) respectively. Hill returned to baseball after recovering from concussion which ended his 2008 season midway in May. Carpenter returned to form to win Cy Young award winner to four starts from 2007-2008 after injuries ended his 2005 season.
