Investigates the effect of different densities of the burrowing, deposit-feeding amphipod Monoporeia (M.) affinis on the recruitment of copepod nauplii from benthic resting eggs in the Baltic Sea. Taxonomy and number of hatched zooplankton specimens; Effects of M. affinis on Eurytemora and Bosmina longispina maritima; Mechanisms for reduced survival or hatching of Eurytemora.
