Effect of White Wheat Bread Containing Sugar Beet Fiber on Serum Lipids and Hepatic mRNA in Rats Fed on a Cholesterol-Free Diet.

The article presents a study that tests the effects of white wheat bread containing 10% sugar beet fiber (BBP) on rats' serum cholesterols and hepatic messenger ribonucleic acids (mRNAs). It notes that total cholesterol (TC) and high density lipoproteins (HDL)-cholesterol concentrations were determined.
