The change management is a cruicial issue of our time. Out of classical evaluation has developed some new interpretations. Changes generally viewed as processes realised and fulfilled by management. Noticeable, that some changes - for example crisis - shapes out of manager's determination. This are socalled non-directed changes. For recognition and diagnostic there are some different methods from classical management tools. This paper interprets some approaches to be ready to handle this non-directed changes.
