- The article announces awards given to American Chemical Society (ACS) volunteers during the 11th annual ChemLuminary Awards gala in August 2009 in Washington D.C. including the Award for Outstanding Overall Local Section Women Chemists Committee to the Richland Section, the Outstanding Local Section Younger Chemists Committee Award to the Delaware Section, and the Award for Most Innovative New Activity or Program in Local Section to the Rochester Section.
