Facilitated Multiple Intradermal Injections Using the Double-Syringe Technique.

The article examines the efficiency of the multiple intradermal injections in treating patients with severe alopecia areata and widespread recalcitrant eczematous dermatitis. It suggests that each therapeutic session may require up to several hundred injections. Cautionary method is an important factor to consider in order to prevent bending the needle when inserting uncapped syringe fitted with a 30-gauge needle into the five milliliter syringe.
