Dow Sells Assets, Restructures Debt to Ease Liquidity Crunch.

This article reports on the cash raised by Dow Chemical to pay down the balance of a loan used to fund the acquisition of Rohm & Haas. Dow raised the cash through asset sales and bond issues.
