Abstract
- The article presents a speech by lawyer Zenas Baer, delivered at the Tenth International Symposium on Circumcision, General Integrity and Human Rights at the Keele University in Staffordshire, England on September 4, 2008, in which he discussed the necessity of informed consent in circumcision, liability of a hospital for failure to obtain informed consent and federal regulations governing informed consent.
