Abstract
- The article presents a study on the ability of peptide nucleic acids (PNAs) to invade double-stranded DNA. The study intends to prove the ability of the direct Watson-Crick base pairing as an efficient method for strand invasion. It highlights that the direct Watson-Crick base only requires a single strand of PNA for invasion.
