Abstract
- The article reports on the insights of Amnesty Australia International director Claire Mallinson regarding the relevance of organized human rights policies in managing a business. It relates the experience of Rio Tinto PLC worker Stern Hu who manifested the cause of disordered human rights policy. According to Mallinson, the moral responsibility of corporations has elevated in direct linkage to their power, and companies struggle although they strongly emphasize corporate social responsibility.
