Abstract
- In this article the authors describes data envelopment analysis (DEA) and its application to hospital pharmacy in the U.S. The authors presents a review of traditional ratio analysis and compares it to DEA in hospital pharmacy. Also presented is the use of DEA which can be done by applying it to productivity data from 93 hospital pharmacies.
