Jacquet erosive diaper dermatitis: a therapeutic challenge.

The article presents case studies of children with multiple papuloerosive lesions and diffuse erythematous erosive dermatitis in the genital region and Arnold-Chiari malformation and myelomeningocele. They were pronounced with Currarino's syndrome and Jacquet erosive diaper (nappy) dermatitis. Clinicians explain that the therapeutic approach is to remove and prevent the disaese through use sanitary pads instead of nappies.
