Eljen Treated TURQUOISE.

The article focuses on the results of a test conducted to some samples of turquoise treated by the proprietary process created by Eljen Stones. It describes the fluorescence shown by all the samples of turquoise following exposure to long-wave ultraviolet (UV) radiation. It attributes the luster of the polished stones to the hardness of such gems. Also noted is the consistency between the test findings and claims by the treater in terms of the hardness, cutting and polish quality of the gems.
