Abstract
- The author discusses international aid to Africa, contrasting his positions, as presented in his book "The Trouble With Aid: Why Less Could Mean More for Africa," with those of Dambisa Moyo, author of the book "Dead Aid." He believes that Moyo is taking an extreme position, and claims that she portrays economic assistance as an almost unmitigated evil, while twisting the facts to accord with her ideology. He argues for a more nuanced approach.
