Abstract
- The article discusses the journal's Great Colleges to Work For survey, in its second year in 2009. The second year brought an overwhelming response from college presidents, human resources director and professors. It notes that the survey differs from "Fortune" magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For survey in not ranking colleges in one big list but uses categories based on enrollment and specific best practices. The second year survey features an Honor Roll in each size category.
