On Student Evaluation of Teaching and Improvement of the Teaching Quality Assurance System at Higher Education Institutions.

The article discusses the relevance of student evaluation of teaching in assuring quality system at higher education institutions (HEI) in China. The author stresses that student evaluation of teaching serves as a fundamental factor in securing the quality of HEI which allows students to voice their concerns and issues to attain resolution on design loopholes. The author notes that standardized evaluation should be carried out to create a scientific system in teaching process to boost teaching quality assurance in the country.
