Abstract

The article offers suggestions on attracting birds in the months of July and August. It informs that most birds find plenty of natural food in these months but that should not stop one from feeding them when the weather is warm. It suggests that one can offer fatty suet to birds even in summer if it is cool and shady. It says that fruits like oranges, apple halves, pomegranates and grapes attract birds. Robins, catbirds, and other fruit eating birds like dried fruits like raisins and cherries.
