Abstract

Demonstrates that uniform, two-sided 90 K coatings can be deposited on five-centimeter-diameter substrates by pulsed laser deposition. Efficacy in producing superconducting films on both sides of substrate wafers; Values of the obtained thickness and stoichiometric variations.
