Abstract: The author announces the publication of the article "Society of Toxicologic Pathology Position Paper on Pathology Image Data: Compliance with 21 CFR Parts 58 and 11" in volume 35 issue of the "Journal of Toxicologic Pathology." He claimed that the article was published after an agreement was signed between the Society of Toxicologic Pathology and Sage Publications. The author argued that the decision of the Japanese Society of Toxicologic Pathology (JSTP) to republish the article denotes a global cooperation among toxicologic pathology societies.
