Abstract
- Discusses the construction of an attenuated total reflection (ATR) instrument for the observation of angle- and frequency-scanned ATR spectra. Detection of light characterized by various wave factors and dispersed into a spectrum; Setting of two elliptic mirrors and a prism-sample unit between the rotating mirror and the diffraction grating.
