It argues that some linkage factors which connect China and international system contribute to Chinaâs strong compliance with international rules and norms. These factors cover coastal economic areas, outward sectors, and the rise of social middle class in China. With the rapid and deep involvement into global political economy system, positive changes happened in Chinaâs domestic area. International institutions have great impacts on Chinese domestic political economy, and similarly, China must reform its domestic political economy system in order to meet global change and challenge.
