Describes studies of the first rotational spectra of mixed noble gas trimers and tetrameres containing neon and argon atoms. Transitions of various isotopomers; Accurate values for rotational constants and centrifugal distortion constants; Determination and characterization of many-body nonadditive interactions; Signal strengths observed.
