Abstract

The article discusses the role of science journalism in changing the social perception towards science. The public often perceive that science journalism merely aims to offer them information on science-related issues, explain new scientific findings and inform them of the possible events affect the society as a whole. The concept challenges the science journalists to convert social perception and look at science journalism as the primary source of accurate information.
