Abstract
- The article reports that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. will collaborate with nanoelectronics research center IMEC in Leuven, Belgium. According to an agreement, TSMC will extend its collaboration with IMEC as a core partner. IMEC's core partner program focuses on collaborative research for 22 nm and beyond IC process technologies.
