Abstract
- This article offers information on bond issues available in the high-grade corporate bond market in the U.S. in May 2009. ConocoPhillips and EOG Resources Inc. issued their own corporate bonds. Kelllogg Co. issued a bond to repay a portion of its outstanding commercial paper. Principal Financial Group Inc. expects to use the net proceeds of its bond offering for the repayment of $441 million outstanding 8.2% redeemable notes due in August 2009.
